The quality of excellent. It’s neither too hard or too soft and doesn’t sink in with weight, an issue I faced with other brands. The cost is a bit steep and isn’t too great a value for money. For someobe with a 5.3″ height like mine, the height is a little too much making it uncomfortable and almost tiring after half an hour of use.

If you want this pillow as sleep pillow, you might find it a bit uncomfortable depending on how good you position your neck on it, also if you use it on a single bed it takes away some of the height due to the plain portion on top. It’s good when you get use to it. Definitely helps you with acid reflux, some of the neck pain.. these things get relieved.

Alright, you can’t really sleep on this thing. The quality of this pillow was top-notch and the only reason I decided to keep it coz it serves other purposes like when I am working on my iPad and I want to press my back against something, this product comes to the rescue. No longer am I bending a pillow and messing with their insides. Now I have a product specifically meant to rest my back on. It doesn’t look good on a bed neither goes with the decor, but then if you have a better place for it then you can definitely overlook that. I have a queen size bed and most of the times I feel obstructed by its presence but then I have gone used to it hanging around.
