Surprisingly stable. Got a new TV opposite my bed and bought this as a support against the bed wall. And man this is great! I just wish it was wide enough to accommodate two people, given its steep price.

Quality is good, you need a week of time to get adaptive to this kind of pillow while sleeping. Amazon packaging is getting worst day by day. My package was torn at multiple areas. Though whitewillow packaging was good enough inside.
