Good for back support while sitting for long time. However not that comfortable to use as a sleeping pillow. Gives good elevation for people having problems with breathing while sleeping or having acid reflux problems.

The pillow itself is perfect. The velvet pillow cover is torn in 3 places. Request an immediate replacement of the cover

By images posted by vendor one might get a illusion its a hard memory foam, which gives support. Drawback is, once you sit on your back it sinks in. Due to this firmness or support required is not there.

My mother was advised to sleep at a slanted slope due to her heart condition. This pillow is perfect for such patients who have to use it for extended periods. I was very useful in my mother’s case, the shape of the pillow is perfect and provides very good comfort. It has been a year she has been using this pillow and it still gives the support which is needed.
