Frankly speaking, I have trust issues while buying these types of products, especially online. I tend to believe that these products are just gimmicks and does not actually work. However, when a friend recommended this product for migraine relief, I had some confidence and I ordered it.
Now coming to the product, I am actually surprised by how effective it is to decrease the severity of migraine. I think there is some scientific explanation for using cold pack for migraine relief, which I am not aware of. The material is comfortable and it even blocks all the lights, which is again a plus if you are looking for migraine relief. I worried that it would be too cold for my liking, but that’s not the case. It’s soothing and comfortable.
It’s worth a try if you are looking for migraine relief.
