Bring the water to a boil
Remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes
After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the desired temperature has been reached.

I was searching for cold gel bag for my knee, and ordered few in past. the issue is other bag was they are not big or We can say normal bag don’t cover knee area.
So ordered this Hot and cold Gel bag and WOWW.
this bag is awesome because of the size. Plus, Under budget too. Bags are in dark blue colour and can easily be chilled in normal fridge, I haven’t used the heat but I am sure it will work great.
After using it for more than 2 months, these bag give great relief and still look like new and I ma sure these will last long.
