I was so sure that I could never quit smoking but gave Ryze Nicotine a try and since the very first day, I was able to control the urge of smoking. Used to be a smoker for the last 10 years and had tried a lot of other things but this helped me to kick the habit.
All I had to do was take a Ryze Nicotine every hour.
Liked the mint flavor and the Ryze Nicotine is thick and stays for at least 15-20 minutes.

Its really too sweet – if aspartame is used to make it sugar free – that’s a bad idea – google aspartame – product description should include additive that makes it sugar free – or it solves one problem and creates another !

Earlier I used to need 10 to 14 gutkhas a day. After taking this tablet now two gutkhas are required throughout the day. And take a total of three tablets day and night. It will not only be on the tablet but also the desire of the mind is very important. I am willing to give up addiction on my own accord. And the tablet is just a medium. I swear I will quit addiction
