This product is amazing its better to be on it even if you can’t quit or not in the position you can take these gums better than patches and all other things.
It’s your choice what to take 5 rs pure poison or these gums with no danger zone .

I have been using this since 2 years, I stopped using this and continued to smoke every time lockdown goes off, this continued for about 2 years. So total I hav consumed this around 6 months. I used to take 3 gums and 1 cigarette a day, and this continued for some days. This thing does stop cravings which is made by cigarette, the nicotine effect. It’s our desire and willingness to stop smoking only matter the most. Met wit an accident 2 month back and I was in rest for 45 days. I consumed this without letting smoke even a 1 cigarette. In this way I totally controlled myself. Don’t ever try even a one puff once you left smoking, this Wil result in continuation of smoking. After 14 years of smoking, finally I’m getting, rid of this, thanks to cipla for this beautiful product. This thing helped me a lot
