 See the disclaimer, no FDA approved and it does nothing,used one packet whole and it’s written on the packet that use 3-6 months for seeing any visible effect,if it’s does nothing as per there disclaimer than why they write these things along with them and also this products contains very little the mentioned ayurvedic ingredients and lot’s of rose petals, green tea etc things in it, just don’t fool around these brands.

I had second thoughts before using this product but I must say it’s the first product in its category that tasted well – like a strong green tea. Easy to prepare and healthy for people with diabetes.

My mother has used the product and the results are good. For diabetic control the namhya of the tea is amazing the quality and Packinging is also good this tea is fantastic it has all the herbs that help the sugar the tea smells and tastes great. Highly recommended

The tea is ayurvedic with amazing herbs that controls blood sugar and boosts immunity. The best part of the tea, is that it tastes good and soothing. Even if you are not diabetic, but want to control blood sugar you can consume however if you are already on blood sugar medication then you must consult your doctor once as this year reduces blood sugar.

Thanks to the Namhya team. I ordered it in August 2023 for my mom. She is regularly taking it twice a day from 15 Aug. And in 1 & half month I asked her today about the effects. She told me happily that her sugar level is controlled as it wasn’t getting down from 230 now it is 134 however she traveled few places in between and during her travel she did cheat a little in her diet. Even after that her sugar is controlled. I am really thankful to the Namhya team🙏 as her meds are reduced as she used to take 3 meds now she is on two. And I am really wishing to see her fully healthy without any medicine.
