This helps a lot for relaxing the mind and keeping clear and calm thoughts. You are more of a master than a slave to your thoughts and emotions. Will keep ordering this brand if need be. Be mindful if you take medication. I do not. However what flavor am I supposed to review? It is not a pleasant taste, but I drink it, I don’t sip it, so it doesn’t matter that much. I would start slow though and up as needed. I started with 1/4 tsp. and now I take 1/2 tsp. Which is half the dosage recommended on the packet.

I take one teaspoon with water after dinner. It helps me sleep better. I no longer have a foggy brain. I don’t feel stressed out. It has enhanced my mood and I feel happy. I will continue taking it. I had an upset stomach during the first week of usage, but gradually my body got used to it. Don’t consume more than the recommended dosage. This herb is a miracle!

I brought this powder last week and I use this around 8-10 days around and it’s worked properly on my early bedtime or on my sleep. Whenever I am going and work hard or doing 30 pushups at my home I feel the soreness of all muscle groups, but now I was drinking this product powder with Luke warm milk I wasn’t feel that kind of soreness or pain during workout or after completing workout. That’s mean it recover my muscles properly and helps to grow my muscles. And last one it’s really work on my sex drive and sexual stamina. After drinking this ashwagandha milkshake it really really helpful to increase my sperms count. But honestly I didn’t like taste when I mix it milk.
