Too early to assess my personal experience taking as research shows it can take over a month to work. Powder really doesn’t taste bad in warm water…. it was packaged well however it would be much better if the package was resealable. Had to put entire envelope into half gallon Ziploc to keep fresh and lock out moisture

Sorry but This Ashwagandha is not suitable on my body after use of only 3days Iam facing stomach gas problem and I threw the full packet of ashwagandha in dustbin.
Please be carefull while using please take advice from your doctor then only consume it otherwise you to face severe problems. Rs.296 are wasted ashwagandha not useful for me it has side-effects.
