I am Italian and in my life I have eaten pasta by the ton. Well I can say this pasta is decent. The taste is not bad, but it does not resist cooking. That is to say you have to be careful not to keep it too much in the water otherwise it will overcook. In Italy overcooked pasta is considered an error, an offense to the pasta and to the guest. However, apart from the quality of the durum wheat used, Italian pastas are pre-heated or pre-cooked and processed in a particular way to ensure that they do not overcook. So this pasta requires special attention in the cooking phase. Therefore, considering the favorable price, my experience is positive and I give four stars. The imported pasta now costs at least 120/130 Rupees for 500 grams which is too much! Thank you.

Boiled for 8 minutes. And then used that boiling water when cooking with vegetables again. Instead of cooking it in lots of oil, use the boiled water and keep cooking until the spaghetti soaks the water in. This way it won’t feel too chewy and weird in mouth.

We had tried a vatiety of pastas which can be cooked as per our Indian palette, be it – macaroni, spaghetti, farfalle, penne, fusilli of different brands…
Here it is, our 2nd order, this time in bulk..!
Do not ever doubt the quality of the pasta cause’ the price being reasonable,
