The bag is not so big however it works best for knees joints ankles etc.. where you don’t need a big bag of hot or cold since it is a small area.

After searching a lot finally came across this….easy to use and very easy to apply to difficult areas….though it is not very cold after sometime!

For normal usage at home, 7.5 inch hot bag pack itself would be enough. This size is best & comfortable to use 😉

near the head, where cloth is wrapped to plastic cap there is a metal which gets very hot when hot water is poured. If the cap is not closed properly then leakage problem. Other than these 2, it does the work and easy to handle.
