These are the best chocolate oats I ever had.
Being on a diet and having something delicious is utterly soothing.
I take them with milk every morning from a few days and they are perfectly rolled oats and easy to cook.
I make them in microwave oven in just 3 4 minutes.
For extra sugar and nuts one can add, but I enjoy them as they are.

Smells and tastes almost like bournvita, it has a fair amount of almonds and chia seeds, perfect as an evening snack or for a light breakfast and dinner. Kids will love this.

I am so much fascinated by yoga bar products. I am used to consuming muesli, but when I tried this oats I really linked it.
Firstly it have coco flavour and have all benifits of oats and some dryfruits as well. Coco will boosts your energy and gives enough for a day to start, secondly it oats that itself beneficial for weight loss and hunger killer.
GUDDU GUDDU –
This is one of the best food. We can take it in breakfast. Very easy to cook it. This works very effectively is weight loss. Taste is also very good. This is rich source of dietary fibre. And also regulate blood pressure.
