If you are reading my review, don’t buy this garbage. If you have ever used a good quality ACV, you’ll know that it gives a burning sensation in your throat. Nothing like from this. It tastes nothing like ACV. Even if they used 25% of the money they spend on advertisement, they would have a good product. Seriously it’s garbage, don’t waste your money

I’m using it for more than a month now.. it helps in reducing belly fat. but again. it will not work until nd unless u hit the gym ND control ur diet.. it’s like combo effect of ACV+Dieting+Exercise =weight loss.. if u think Apple Cider Vinegar is enough to control ur weight u r wrong. it will not reduce even 500g. of it. u have to control diet Nd along with this exercise.. just use 1 tablespoon of it in lukewarm water in empty stomach in morning ND same in evening after meal.
