I bought the product last
Year and used it 4-5 times. It’s very convenient to use but now it’s not working. The product is still in warranty period so I would request you to check the product and repair if needed

For a company like Wahl, I certainly expected a better quality build.
The body is made of some low quality plastic. It made me wonder if I received a fake product!
The product heats up pretty quickly, but having said that it does the job of detailing the eyebrows pretty well, and that is all that I wanted.
The battery is to be installed inside the pen shaped device, it is a little painful to open. I certainly expected something easier to open.

Its a super useful thing in lockdown when we cant go to parlours for eyebrows and upperlips.. just with care we can do eyebrows at home only in less than 1 min.

It has possibilities of becoming a better gadget than it IS RIGHT NOW…. guess the blade should be designed in such a way that it can be handled the way it’s needed around curves as well..

Since the first day the battery opening mechanism is troublesome. product stopped working within two months. Unable to open it and change battery. want to claim warranty.

It did not operate for the first time. I Voila only hear the sound when switched on but trimmer didn’t work. I felt upset and planned to return it. Later we found that the blade section wasn’t assembled correctly and there are no related instructions given. It is working now and works fine. But I still prefer the tip was little curved to allow trimming eyebrows in better shape.
