The attachments fall off. There is no return on this product. The heat is too much damaging to the hair. It burnt my hair because the attachment fell off and melted my hairbrush.

Product is good and slim and worked well. Only thing is heating and cooling button should have been separate rather they have kept 1 cooling and 2 heating stages.
Box came sealed but attachments inside were missing. Handling returns with Amazon is becoming pathetic. When you order the item was delivered in a day. But when you ask for a return it will take due to the mistake of the seller or Amazon logistics handler why a customer should suffer and wait to receive the the product. If a wrong shipment is made by the seller what is the impact or action taken on the seller
