First time getting matcha powder, it tasted like matcha and the powder was fine.
it’s a little difficult to dissolve in water i just used a blender for that.
made matcha chocolate latte and was a success!

I had seen people raving about Matcha and how much good it does to your body hence I thought of giving this a try! I ordered and was waiting for it to arrive so I could taste it!
But Idk why it tasted very fish like to me. As if I popped a cod liver oil capsule or something.
Im not quite sure if that’s how it should taste?
And that is, then I definitely do not like the taste of it!!!

When compared to matcha purchased in Japan it doesn’t work at all. It’s bitter like karela, has no vibrancy in colour, flat flavour and the sedimentation is too much. Probably better for baking than drinking.

Arrived in good condition, matcha itself tastes good. A bit pricey. Not meant for people who love masala and traditional chais, needs a bit of acquired taste.

It has a very bitter taste…. Which tells that it is not ceremonial grade…. You can buy it if you just want it for flavourings….
