The product is good but packaging is poor & the pics of the tea bags are deceptive. The pics on Amazon appear as if the tea bags are individually packed in sachets , but on receiving the 100 tea bag pack, the tea bags are open & losely packed. Also flavour of these bags is much inferior to the ones individually packed in sachets.

These are probably my go to tea bags. After brewing for 2-3 minutes, the taste and aroma are perfect for drinking. Best had with boiled water and 2-3spoons of milk

I used to use other premium tea however tried this one which is pretty decent in taste and the quality is good. It is refined.
