I’ve been eating True Elements Oatmeal for many months… The oatmeal truly healthy and tasty breakfast… It contains all the healthy ingredients along with oats like dried (banana, apple, chikoo), seeds (basil, flax, etc), dried cranberries, lots of almonds… The best thing is the fruits that are contained though dried still retained it’s original taste… One eat with both and curd/yoghurt… I eat with (curd + fresh seasonal fruits+ saffron) altogether it’s yummy and healthy… This oatmeal helps craving for food and feels stomach full for long time Alongwith consuming oatmeal doing some exercises/workouts is truly beneficial for weight management… Overall Great product from True Elements… Recommended…

Please dont buy this product.i will never ever buy . Gave it to mother and she said her tongue was feeling like burning. Yesterday i gave this to my 11 month old baby. She was showing some irritation too. ☠️. NOT RECOMMENDED 0/10. I recommend to buy from shops because cant tell about the genuinity. Its related to health dont take any chance.
