Its a delicious chilli oil, not too hot, its on the milder side. Its delicious, perfect to go with your Momos, Noodles, Fried rice, Parathas , I had it with Dal chawal too…..its like a pickle, have it on the side of every meal. Absolutely recommended if you like condiments with your meals.
