How much it helps the body can’t really say but as a late night snack it goes good with drinks .it’s humble .

The seeds though mentioned as roasted, we found that it was not up to mark so we roasted again before using. The quality is good.

The seeds look fresh and 7 seeds mix seems to be in equal proportion. The Chia seeds are small and settles at the bottom of the container. Give a nice shake to the container before having it. The roasting is a bit on the lighter side. If required one can roast again or have it as it is. Again this is personal preference. I like the way it is. Overall a good purchase, already bought twice, and will buy again.
