I used the pcos probiotic by The Good bug. I am in my peri- menapause state, so I have proglonged period. But after taking good bug I got periods for required time period. Only problem is the sugar content per 4 gm stick is 0.95 mg almost to 1gm. Already the hormonal imbalance creates insulin reaiatance. And intake 1gm sugar is a issue for blood sugar (by the way I am on 0 sugar level diet). And b’coz of this issue I have stopped taking the probiotic by The good bug.
