Wax heater is good and easy to use and it takes 2-3 min for the wax to get melt. The spatula provided is very thin and at the first use itself, it bent. quality is ok. Wax is also very thin, could be bit thick and wax came with less quantity. Wax strips are good in quality. Overall it is good to use.
