It is good but having some big particles which does not come out of the sprinkler n when it does it makes the thing salty due to big particles. We use it often over veggies when the salt is less in them.

I believe the nutritional benefits of all the different salt remains the same, Iodized salt (bit manually modified to get that free flow effect), Rock Salt and this Pink Salt.
Mineral content are intact in this salt form as this is being mined from mountains which is widely seen around Pakistan, some suggest this salt for weight loss and additional nutrition benefits which i really dont know much about it.
