The actual product is really good. we use it a lot to flavor the tea. The package when came a lot of product was already dripped out of the bottle during shipping. So the actual yield was 20 % less. I think if the manufacturer can put a stopper seal under the cap, one that can be broken when you are ready to use the product for the first time, this will become a 5-star product for me.

The taste and smell are great. i bought this for 200rs and for that price the product is too small, quantity should be increased

I’m reviewing Masala Chai flavor here, this has a PERFECT strong chai tea taste! One or two drops in a tea cup and it really is strong but chai lovers love a strong tea right? Better than weak I’d say. Only problem I see is 1. Bottles are small really small. Bottles are glass like nail polish, I’d think a container like eyedrops come in would be better. 2. The container needs to be bigger. Man this is yummy stuff I cannot find a way to make American chai tea strong and these little drops do it!

Total waste of money buying lemon grass flavour. No change in taste after adding2-3 drops. I think the reason for selling minimum pack of 3 is that they know most of the customers are not going to buy again. So at first buy give them minimum 3 packs
