I got to know about this via Rujuta Diwekar’s Instagram video. It has been a week since I’m consuming it. It tastes like black mustard seed when eaten raw without soaking.
Update after a month of usage –
– My hairfall has reduced drastically.
– It actually helps in weight loss.
