- Our high absorbency period underwear works as a complete replacement during you period cycle. Wear it as you would a normal underwear, its absorbs 4x a normal pad. However, if you feel the need, you could also layer it along with a pad, tampon or menstrual cup as a form of additional protection.

I’ve been using this product for about 6 months now. I’d say it’s a must-have and an excellent replacement for sanitary napkins. It an environment-friendly menstrual product with worked great for me since the no hassle and worry of stains. the underwear gives all-around protection that way.
I came across the product while looking for sustainable, eco-friendly menstrual products. I tried menstrual cups but they didn’t suit me at all and I had given up until I found out about the Safecup’s Crimsorb period underwears.
I was very pleased and satisfied to have found this. It’s simple to use. doesn’t leak, I don’t have to worry about staining, just the little effort to wash them and dry them. It absorbs well, fits perfectly, I especially like the new high waist version. the best part is that you don’t generate any solid waste through your menstrual cycles. if you are considering period panties as a complete replacement to tampons, pads or menstrual cup, I’d suggest you buy at least 3 panties to suffice through one whole cycle. I’d like to see them in colours other than black.

This is a very skin friendly product. I have a very sensitive skin and had to switch over from sanitary pads to safe cup and safe period panty. Now I’m having rash free periods thanks to safecup. The panty best suits for low to medium flow days up to a maximum of 7 to 9 hours(without the cup) for odour free period. If in case of high flow or longer hours usage, it does leaks. It’s better to use both the cup and the panty during high flow for betterment results. And the panty takes 6 hours to dry, becomes odour free after drying in Sun than indoors.

Since last 2 years I have been trying almost everything from different pad brands, cloth pads to menstrual cups and finally I found my fit.
To people not comfortable with washing their period panties don’t buy it. But if you are this is the product you won’t regret buying.

I have been using this underwear alternatively for past seven months and it’s perfect. I use cup and this period underwear as a backup if I’m going to do strenuous activity. Highly recommend it!

1. The product is comfortable, the material used feels extremely premium and soft.
2. It is a great replacement for sanitary pads on light flow days only.
3. I have used it on heavy flow days, and there is no wetness or discomfort from wearing this. You can also use it at night but there are a few things to watch out for:
– The size chart given is misleading. I bought an XL going by the size chart, but turns out, a Medium would fit me perfectly. And this underwear has to fit snugly else it can leak.
– If you plan to use this on heavy flow days without other products, you have to use it with a backup period panty, otherwise, you will end up soiling your bottom wear. I found that this leaks from the sides – this is the biggest flaw that I see in this product.
– If you plan to only use this underwear without using any other products, then you need at least four of these for the cycle – It takes at least 2-3 days to dry.
– The customer service is okay. They responded very enthusiastically in the beginning. But the moment they realized I was not really happy with the product and told them it had a huge flaw, I saw their enthusiasm waning.
