Everyone knows that palm oil is not good for health and helps build up cholesterol in body still palm oil is used in this healthy snacks, what way it is healthy I don’t know

I ordered this product because I am a diabetic and it mainly contains roasted jowar flakes, chana dal and masoor: all of which have low glycmic index and good for casual snacking. I found that it’s taste is better than other similar brands in the market. It is slightly on the sour side but if you like that you may surely find it the best. The packets delivered to me were very fresh and the mixture was crunchy with ample expiry date so that I could enjoy it over a period of time.

My repeat order as the product is good. No oil. Excellant taste. Seeing the price, qty of dry fruit should be more. Avoid excessive resins as it makes the mixture more sweetish. Instead if you add almond & cashew your sale will increase.
