Quaker is one of the best company for oats. I have been using it for 6 years now. This muesli is good for teenagers and youngsters. It has the right proportion of multi whole grains, dried fruits and seeds. The only issue is it is too sweet. So I mix this with normal Quaker oats in 1:1 ratio. I wouldn’t suggest this for someone over 35-40 age plus since it has sugar and maltose dextrin which might make you vulnerable to Diabetes type 2 .
Try it yourself and see.
