As shown in video it is not that much softer and silky hair. It is softer just for few hours. Very expensive

The hairs need to be washed cleaning the hairs from any grime or dirt. Preferably use distilled water or least r o water .
Then use this to soften the hairs and leave for a minute or 5 to get desired results. Use good quality serum preferably of livon . And u r good to go for a week
