They are legit useful. My heels were in very very bad shape.. I soaked my feet in hot water, applied foot cream and wore these. Removed after an hour or so.. my heels were so soft.. 90% softer than rest of the foot. After using for 3 days I can really feel my heels are getting better.
They are delicate as they are soft gel socks. So they can get torn if not used with care. I avoi walking in them. And if at all U walk, i wear normal socks over it
