Protinex markets itself by claiming that 80% Indians are not getting enough protein which is completely a wrong assumption . Of-course this drink will work on someone who really lacks that macro..but really how common is that ?

Now question arises “Why you want to take ProteinX?”
As far as protineX is concerned, it is important to understand the amount of protein you will be getting from a serving of it.
The protein content of ProtineX per 100 gm. is about 32 gm, along with equal amount of sugar as well. That means, along with only 32 gm. of protein per 100 gm. you are getting a lot of empty calories in the form of sugar.
