I do running ,sometimes I feel pain in my heels I used heel pads and socks during my recovery period and I find them comfortable, heel pads are softs bit comfortable with shoes,but socks are of perfect size and I use them during my office hours and I use heel pads at night to avoid morning plantar fasciitis pain all in all good to give a chance.

The sock and the toe protector are good but not excellent. The thing is that these are made up of very soft silicone leading to their tear. The cloth sock is good but again as many customers mentioned, the thread in it keep coming out. Overall it is good only if you consider the cloth sock. But, in case of silicone protectors, I can say that they are of minimal use depending on their life .

I have noticed a significant improvement in my heel pain since using the Heel Pad. It provides an immediate sense of relief, allowing me to walk, run, and engage in various activities without the constant discomfort that plagued me before. It has truly given me relief in pain.
I highly recommend giving the Heel Pad a try. Because I got 3 products in the price range. And on the contrary only 1 products is being sold in the same price. So it is good to go with it.

Product is totally waste and poor quality.. while wearing itself it torn .. in combo one also missing.. its non refundable product.. cheating customers by not providing quality product cheating with combos
