Silky smooth, didn’t smell like cocoa butter to me, but I feel pleased with the purchase.

I have thick curly mixed ethnicity hair. I tried a some of this product and loved it so I bought the full set on Amazon. Unfortunately it didn’t have the same effect as the sample. The sample left my hair soft, hydrated, and bouncy while this full size product left it heavy, felt weird like product build-up even though I rinsed thoroughly. When my hair dried, instead of drying big and curly as it usually does, it dried flat/wavy at my scalp with tight curls where the hair passes before my scalp. Not a good look or texture. I can’t help but wonder if the product isn’t what it says because the sample was like a hair miracle and this was a nightmare.

I love palmer’s products and this is no exception. The formula is almost whipped so a little goes a long way, which is great for long hair. The smell isn’t overpowering and it leaves my hair so soft and it seems so much healthier than with previous moisturizing/lengthening conditioners.

I was honestly debating chopping my hair off as my hair took some damage through trying to upkeep it myself through covid. A friend of mine recommended palmers and I tried the all coconut formula first which has helped my hair SO SO much. I ran out of the conditioner first and was going to reorder and saw this product. I ordered and when I say within a week my hair is the softest it’s ever been,I’m not kidding. I have had compliments on my hair as well. love love love it!

A decent value for the money but I find the scent to be nauseating. Maybe I just had higher expectations because I REALLY love how other Palmer products smell, but this one definitely doesn’t hold up to their other products in my opinion. The conditioner itself feels nice and I feel like my hair is a bit softer, but haven’t seen any huge improvements yet. Will update this review if any changes occur.
