- Amaranth flour is rich in nutrients that play a role in brain health, bone health and DNA synthesis.
- Majority of commercially available white flours are bleached and contain artificial additives. Why not ditch these, and instead go for organic gluten-free flours that are a lot healthier?

This is a life saver. I am highly allergic to gluten and bought this to bake my own bread. Haven’t gotten to baking yet, but made tortillas from this yday. Kneaded the dough in exactly the same way you do for regular chapatis and used parchment paper to roll them on, and they came out perfectly. They were so tasty, I couldn’t believe I am eating something so wholesome and healthy.

the gluten free flour is perfect for baking and value for money . I baked my cake in a micorwave with no special recipe , but the usual one and it turned out to be perfect. I have tried many gluten free flours but this actually tastes like wheat flour , no difference !!!

Used this exclusively for a long time but the company seems to have changed the formula some time in early 2023 and it can no longer be used well in baked goods or for soft rotis. Difficult to knead, doesn’t hold together. Had to cancel my subscription.
