I ordered this rolled oats for my baby who is 9 months old, My baby liked it. I am sharing recipe of how I’m giving this to my baby.
1. Dry roast on medium flame for 5 minutes and let it cool.
2. Make powder of it in mixer grinder.
3. Store the powder in airtight container in refrigerator.
4. Take 2 spoon of oats powder and add 1 cup water or milk, add dry dates powder and cashew almond powder 1 sp each
5. Cook on low flame, stir continuously for 5-7 min until its cooked.
Serve cool with lil ghee.
This porridge is very healthy and baby liked it.
For elder people, I would suggest to soak it overnight and it gets cooked so quickly. After soaking it’s nutritional value increases.

I have been purchasing this rolled oats for my 3 year old son for the past 2 years now. Earlier the package was 500gms and i used to buy 2 bottles and hence 1kg altogether and it was fair but now it has been reduced to 400gms so while ordering 2 bottles I’m obviously getting only 800gms which itself is cheating and the worst part is price has also been increased even after they reduced the quantity by 100gms. Either keep the quantity same and increase the price or vice versa but doing both at same time is fraudulent and cannot be tolerated. The product and quality is good as before and that should be mentioned but quantity and price cannot be tolerated.

Put required quantity of oats in a katori/cup with very little water. Add glass of water in a pressure cooker and put another katori/cup in cooker, then place this oats filled katori/cup on top of the other one. We don’t want to cook in water; we want to cook it with steam only.
Then pressure cook it for 2-3 slow whistles. Raised height doesn’t allow the water in the cooker to go into the oats and doesn’t make it very mushy. IT’S LIKE INSTANT “STEAMED-COOKED” OATS, then add this into milk & heat till simmer, add sugar/sweetener/honey. TASTES DIVINE COMPARED TO INSTANT OATS 🙂

This is the first time I am writing a review for a product.Yesterday I cooked these oats in milk aand water mix and it came out so good and yummy that I thought of sharing with everyone. It’s much better in texture than broken oats.The packaging was v.good.I could wash the bottle outside with soap and use it .Just loved the product.

I purchased it for my autistic kid 7 yrs old recommended by our nutritionist as a substitute and a strict diet of CF/GF. Although it’s a real challenge to maintain the diet find the best one who shall fulfill the imbalance nutrients and many others lacking source especially with autism.
I found the oat to be perfect, initially, I was worried if whether the kiddo would prefer it? She’s a picky eater I came across several recipes and eventually the one that she was fond of was the Khichadi and pancake.
Very satisfied and happy with the purchase. 2nd time in the row.
