I ordered and consumed this supplement because it is providing 6mg of Boron in a single capsule. When I started using it, I found it effective because my strength started to increase and also felt some gains gradually but after using it for 3 weeks, it started showing side effects like my blood pressure raised, felt nausea most of the time.
So I stopped using it for some time and now I am fine.
If you want to use this supplement, you can definitely order this Nutrija Boron Supplement but please consume 2-3 days a week so that you can keep yourself away from the side effects and at the same time, also have some benefits of it.
