1. Very easy to use
2. Quick and time efficient..within 30 to 40 mins I was able to finish the hair spa
3. Quality is good, hair felt voluminous, cleaner scalp and smooth hair after usage
4. Really liked the scalp scrub which cleans the scalp..I had not used that before.
5. Only thing is when I put serum at the end as final step..hair looked bit oily so after sometime I had to wash them again.

I bought this product by see the reviews,I think reviews are paid as this product is nothing like a hair mask but a harsh chemical local shampo,conditioner and an oily hair serum. While applying the application on my hair my hands were like dry as if I have applied some chemical on my hands by this you can imagine how bad this product is for your hair, intense hairfall while applying this will not recommend this product to anyone, pl dont waste your time and money on these cheap products.
