बहुत बाडिया स्वाद है मेरे घर के बने हुए मल्टीग्रेन आटे से इसका, मैने सोचा मेरे घर में सब सोया चाप के बहुत शौकीन है पर हैल्थ का खयाल रखते हुए अब सब ने छोड़ दिया तो कल सन्डे हमारा चीट मिल डे था तो मैंने सोचा कि क्यों न चीट मिल को भी कुछ हेल्थी किया जाए तो मैंने मल्टीग्रेन आटे के चाप बनाए यकीन मानिए इतने टेस्टी है की आप लोग बाजार वाले चाप खाना छोड़ देगे।
नान भी बनाई थी पर उसकी पिक नही ले पाई। नान भी बहुत टेस्टी बनी। इसलिए अगर आप हैल्थ और टेस्ट साथ चाहते है तो नारियों मल्टीग्रेन 9इन 1 आटा जरूर अपनाएं। Must go for it 😊😍
