I’m starting using from last one week.
Test is perfect.
Absorbancy is perfect.
There is no issues for consuming. Because for begginer they have doubt in mind that will it digest and its perfect. Since I’m using this since last week no such issues with me.
Must try it’s total Vegetarian.
The problem is with their shaker it’s leaks while shaking. Hope they will solve the issue in future.

Taste is ok only from two days using so can only comment on efficiency after using at least two weeks else ok.. Go for it. Specially beginners.

Buy the protein powder. It works IMO. Been using it for over a year. Helped me gain muscles. No bloating. The downside could be that it doesn’t mix very well (7/10). But that’s a minor point compared to its effectiveness as a protein powder.
Ditch the bottle. Buy another one on Amazon worth 150-200 bucks. This one leaks.
