Gives you good grip in dead lift and other lifting exercises but donot have Velcro strip to stick so it’s loosely and have to Tight it altime . 5 out of 3 .

The strap could have been a bit long, the material is not so good. can use for light lifting but for heavy deadlifting and rowing, a big no from me. I have used this strap for 6 months and my experience hasn’t been so good. only using for lat pulldown.

I liked the color and cushion. The threads from side came out after 2 use, used only for deadlift and light weight of 110 kgs only. The corners of the stiching has become sharp and is causing skin bruise if brushed against it.

This has become an absolute essential for my gym sessions now. Quality is very good. Padding is soft. Stitching and material used is very good. You can wrap this and use it easily for lifting heavy weights in exercises where your grip might fail you. Mainly Lifts like deadlifts and shrugs. Spreads the load to your wrist rather than your grip./ Absolutely essential part of my workout now.

The straps provide a good grip and seem strong too, as I have deadlifted 200KG with them. But the main highlight point is that they look very cool too, most other straps are black in color and look plain boring.
