I ordered this pre workout after looking at its’s composition, beta alanine etc. Well they have written to start with 1/2 scoop first but let me tell you even after taking 1 scoop you will hardly get any effect. So, stay away from this product and muscle asylum also. Save your hard earned money. Thanks.

It’s a sweet powder only and you wouldn’t feel a thing even if you take more than a scoop.
It creates weird forms after mixing with water.
Stay away and but something good.
They offer 150 cashback if you give 5 star review which should be enough indication for not buying this.
