Convenient to use. Flavour good. But packaging very poor. Two capsules were broken. Stinking and there were worms.

Simply love this, should work to bring down the price without compromising quality- bulk purchase etc. Otherwise i just love it’s tea!

The milk was spoilt & as soon as I added it to my coffee i could see it’s gone bad even though the expiration date was in September’23. Amazon didn’t help me either & asked me to contact them directly. Well! I did go through Amazon and they should be responsible 🤷♀️ DISAPPOINTED

For making tea when on tour to my work sites along with branded tea sachets and splenda sugar free sachets to enjoy consistent taste and quality of tea. I purchased this product twice. First time it was delivered at Nagpur in April 2021 with extremely poor and crushed packing. More than 10 pods broken. I have to throw the entire package in waste bin. The second one delivered at Hyderabad in May was packed properly and received in good condition. Overall it is an excellent product and useful for early morning quick tea at home, at work table and those who travel frequently.

I received the product intact. Flavour-wise, it gives a sharp saltish edge to the drink. Better than powdered in same sense. Small residue always remains in the container, if that’s important for you to know.
Edit: Poor packaging/delivery for the second order. Product received in poor condition.
