I cannot take huge pills and capsules as I am such a sensitive being to smell and taste. I need to make sure that the supplements I am taking are not bad smelling or bad in taste. Most of the b12 supplements are capsules or pills which makes me very uncomfortable. I just cannot swallow those enormous pills and capsules. I was so glad to see that this b12 supplement is far different from the other capsules or pills already existing the market, they are chewables! It was such a relief to find these and not only the form is great but also the results it had on me are just amazing. 1 chewable a day and my energy levels were up, I didn’t feel as tired as I used to, my coping mechanism got better, I am able to handle stress in a much much better way and my brain activity is also great! No more zoning out and lack of focus. What a wonderful product with exceptionally good health benefits!

This is my third bottle, before starting these tablets, my b12 was 189, after taking these for 2 months, I again checked. Now my b12 is 634.
I am satisfied.
But one thing I didn’t like is its taste keeps changing with every bottle.
Earlier the taste was good but with every bottle it is changing and now it taste like medicine.
Earlier it din’t taste like medicine.
Please try to keep same taste and flavour to every batch.

The pills were stuck to one another and packaging was altered and that scared me.
I approached Palak notes on Instagram and her website and within few hours of posting I got a call from the team explaining that because products don’t have any preservatives and due to extreme heat in Delhi it leads to sticking but it does not affect the product quality.
Due to high demand in products and limited staff at this time, packaging process can sometimes get affected.
Palak personally looked into the grievance and suggestions.
I will now prefer to buy from Palak Notes website directly as it will not have the non-refundable issues that Amazon places.
I had bought the Thyroid Care and Fit and Lean Shake as well and both are working well for me.
I trust Palak and I trust that she will always put health first. Customer Service cell is amazing, prompt and courteous, offered a full replacement as I shared the pictures.

I follow palak notes and her pieces of advice for the betterment of my health. I got to know about this particular product by palak notes and I thought of giving it a try and to my astonishment its really doing wonders to my body. It’s like a health supplement. the changes m noticing after having it twice daily since a week now are 1. high energy in the morning 2. fatigue in day time office hours has considerably decreased 3. also backaches while PMSing has also reduced considerably. As of now, these are the significant changes I have been observing and I m hoping to get benefitted further as I continue to use these chewable tablets. It has worked for me guys. Depends upon person to person and also body type. So I would suggest to take this as a health supplement and not substitute for anything.

Why is the new package composition changed and not mentioned here… It has newly added lactose ingretiant which was not their before… Its not vegan… Now I have to return this .. why is it not uploaded in the photos .. still the old one is only their . So much wrong .. not about money but I have to wait for another brand and suffer from symptoms .. see how bad it is… Product is good it works for me… But now I don’t know what to do
