I really wanted to love this because it’s extremely difficult to find a sunscreen that suits my dark skin tone and oily skin type. The usual problems I face are white marks or an even more oily complexion – hence, why I was hoping this product would solve them both.
Pros:
– Does actually dry matte
– Doesn’t leave a white residue
Cons:
– Quite thick and unpleasant to apply, in my personal opinion. Feels like it just sits on the skin.
– Have to be careful not to rub in too much or touch face afterwards, because it will definitely start to ball up/peel. I don’t wear makeup but I can imagine this being problematic for those that do.
– Unsure of whether it provides the protection needed as I have been left deeply tanned after using (despite spending only a short amount of time in the sun).
Long story short, I had hopes and desperately wanted it to be “The One” but alas, I will have to keep looking. Had I felt that the protection was being provided, I most certainly would have compromised and lived with the other cons.

It is so thick and feel heavy on skin and take a long time to absorb and after that it will peel off when u rub your skin

I used this sunscreen for the past 6 months. Its a good sunscreen which gives non- oily feel, no white cast, good spf protection and gives a matte look.
But one negative I felt is that after 1 hour of usage if we rub or touch our face it will become like fragments and break down..
Otherwise its a very good sunscreen for oily skin.

I loved this product!!! Usually, for SPF I would use like shop’s own brand for like Garnier yet they leave me oily and especially the La Roche Posay which starts peeling if you don’t rub it in quick. However, this product is SOOOOOO Good because firstly, it’s formulated for people with pigmented skin ( Asian & Black ), secondly, this leave s matte finish so when you touch your forehead you will see just like a little bit of shine but definitely reduced. It also has a cooling effect so perfect in the summer! So I would recommend people with darker or pigmented skin types DEFINITELY use this!!!
