Gift pack is waste of money

First of all I do not write much reviews but this product is simply amazing. When i first knead the dough I was not sure how easy it will be to roll it cause it was sticky and I was also not sure how it would taste cause I could really smell the flax seeds in the dough. But lo behold…it was not only easier to roll it but also i did not smell anything after i cooked it. I have made tortilla (Roti) and Puri which were both amazing.
The only thing i did not like was the price…wish it would be slightly cheaper.

Good taste, but expensive, 13% carbohydrate, so i can have 1 roti per meal.

The only issue is…it’s wayyy too tasty so I usually end up eating more unlike other low carb tortillas. I think it tastes almost like whole wheat flour roti/tortilla. I wasn’t doing 100% keto but I was in ketosis due to low carb diet. It did not kick me out of ketosis even though I ate 3 roti/tortillas at a time.

One serving of 20 gm is grossly inadequate.
In two servings (40gm) the glucose level is shooting up as measured vide glucometer .However when I am taking the same amount of net carbohydrate (equivalent to 40 gm of “Lo ” )through peanut and coconut powder the rise is very modest .
The very purpose of buying the product is not served , atleast for my system .
