I ordered for 5 units and received only 5 with no supply of 5 free packs under buy one get one free scheme for this product.
Amazon team also did not help to arrange the supply for missing 5 items.
As a customer this a feedback for the product quality. As a customer the quality has a holistic meaning – right from price , product details matching as explained and meeting all logistic , delivery as published by Amazon.
My previous review was not published. This too I am not sure. A review is a review and AMAZON knows I faced issue with the product (there is a call record also available) and by not publishing simple genuine reviews like mine , it does not let right product information to get to people seeking product information.
Just another buyer –
They provided 1 kg seeded dates at a price of ₹283 (item price: ₹183; shipping cost: ₹100). This is one of the cheapest rates for dates available on this site. The dates were fresh and okay in taste. They were packed in two handy zip-lock plastic packs of 500 g each. BTW, you will require to wash them before use, as there are a few dust particles on some of them.

Quality of product is very low. Dates release some water due to bad quality of dates they are packing. They are taking extra shipping charge.
