There are many things that I like about this product. But one thing I don’t like is that the modes are not mentioned on brush. You’ll have to memorize the modes by looking into manual or I suggest the seller to send a water proof sticker to its buyers so that Noone can give a star less for this reason. I took time for this product because I don’t want to discourage the seller as the product is great.

• Bristles are not that much soft i don’t like the arrangement of bristles not covering wide area like normal tooth brush heads little bit small. •strokes average motor is good but Bristles functionality/movement is not good, some Area of bristles not moving only vibrating, battery is good, motor runs on High speed after charging.
•If The Backside Brush head touches the Teeth while cleaning it’s vibrating the teeth v badly.
•indicator light is bright enough white colour for modes, red for charging green for full battery.
•The T massager and face brush heads doesn’t stroke/move themselves they just vibrate no movement/functionality.
•2 Mins Timer Sometimes working sometimes not working but 30 seconds Timer working perfectly ‘
•There is only one battery in this brush ‘
•Carry pouch is a plastic cover’
•Received only one golden ring brush head which looks premium we can replace the golden ring with other heads'(The Golden Ring’s Colour Gone in 30 days)
WATER PROOF – This brush covered with rubber/silicone rings at top & bottom of the open and close area also at light indicator holes covered with rubber to prevent water, The power button also rubber/silicon type material
There is little chances of water to enter inside the brush if the power button or rubber material damages.
•if u want To open the brush ‘after removing bottom cap there is two hooks press the two side hooks and press the top of the brush motor head downside, slowly pull the bottom by pressing the top. if you pull bottom only there is two wires soldered with top motor head.
•But for the price 999/- or below It’s good. •Received all items which they r mentioned.
•This toothbrush not effective for/to/on my teeth tartar only useful for daily clean basis.

I recently purchased your electronic toothbrush and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite its high price point, I was expecting exceptional performance in comparison to other brushes on the market. However, it has failed to meet my expectations in both cleaning efficacy and value for money.
In comparison to other brands, your toothbrush did not effectively clean my teeth and left them feeling just as dirty as they did before brushing. Additionally, with its steep price tag, I feel as though I wasted my money on an inferior product.

I have been using this electric toothbrush for the past few weeks and I am extremely pleased with the results. It is easy to charge, has a long battery life, and features five different cleaning modes that can help you to clean your teeth and mouth without much effort.
