The quality is suspicious since they are too watery and sticky. Feel like they were soaked in water or other sweet liquid for softness. No natural touch feeling. Also the inner box was sealed with a transparent polyurethane sheet with a very big opening in the lid. When the seal is removed, the product is left open to air and dust. So storage is also a concern. Feel like no more repeat orders for cheap packaging and suspicious quality.

I purchased 2 boxes of these dates. They were double packaged and protected from tampering. The first box contained large plump dates that were tasty, but not as moist as the Medjool dates, I purchased on Amazon from “Date-Land in California. Both the Date Land Medjool dates and these from Israel were likely grade A & large, but I expected the Israeli dates to be as moist as the California dates.

These dates looked and tasted fresh as you would expect from a good medjool date. I have been eating medjool dates for the past 15 years and have bought medjool dates from many different online vendors and I almost always get a good batch the first time. I will order again but I hope that they maintain their quality because every other online vendor has not been consistent with the quality of their dates.
Update 07/15/2019: I ordered another box of the dates and they were just as good as the first. I hope they continue with same quality.

I have used this product many times and recently in August 2023 when I bought this product from Amazon, I noticed in a 1 kg pack every time, I got 10 to 15 pieces that were not eatable, all these were not eatable from the top side even when you keep them in the fridge which make it more expensive.
I was planning to place an order again but this issue is really stopping me from such a product.

This dates are of big size and the general quality is also good. The price seems to be on the higher side compared to what I paid earlier for the same product.
