probably used excessive sodium!

The jaggery comes in a plastic jar, the seal was intact. The aroma was great – didn’t smell like it had any chemical additives/preservatives. The flavour was mild and nice. The colour is lighter than most powdered jaggeries in the market. The only thing is I felt it was a bit too dry but I will use it for a bit and come back to edit my review
